Common Questions
How do I add tutors to my account?
Go to Organisation → Tutors → Invite Tutor and enter their email address. They'll receive an invitation to join your ClassQuill organisation.
How do I invite students and parents?
From your dashboard, go to Students → Add Student and enter the student's details. You can then send a parent invite from the student's profile page.
How does billing work?
ClassQuill charges per tutor seat on a monthly or annual basis. You can view and manage your billing from Settings → Billing. Invoices are emailed automatically each billing cycle.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. Email [email protected] if you need help.
I forgot my password.
Click Forgot Password on the login screen and we'll send a reset link to your email.
How do I delete my organisation?
Email [email protected] with your organisation name and we will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
